😀 - Appartement de qualité , neuf qui devrait s ameliorer apres une periode de lancement . Tres bon quartier. 😞 - Appartement neuf avec quelques problemes pour le lancer . Pas de microondes , pas d etendoir pour secher le linge . Entrée le premier jour tres problematiques, par manque de clarté . Pisicine non achevée malgré les photos . Hote tres distant et condescendant dans les premiers temps . Il ne tenait compte d aucune de nos demandes .La climatisation est coupée si les temperatures ne depassent pas 28°C . Le prix est exessivement cher pour le prestation.

Pros: Newly build, they are still improving some aspects of the property, but overall it’s a good value for money. It had a comfortable bed and good quality towels which is the most important thing for me, and extra protection fence (good, because the area can be a bit strange in the night). A lot of nice coffee places around and Montjuïc area to run/walk Cons: Some neighbourhood problems closer to parallel: lots of weirdos especially in the night, but the flat itself is closer to Montjuic (much better).)

The apartment felt and looked like how it was described, the communication with the team and their response were very swift, they lent us a hand whenever we needed help or clarification. The location is very quiet and calm. The room service were on-point and they kept their promises, the hygiene was very well maintained. It is located right below Sants Mont Juic, people can enjoy a beautiful scenic view with a 5 min walk, that comes as an added advantage!!

Konum çok ideal, metroyla her yere varılabilir. Önceki misafirden kalan bazı eşyalar buldum, bence buna dikkat edilmeli. Bunun dışında, uzun kaldığım için bir tv olsa iyi olabilirdi, ama kısa dönemde ihtiyaç olmaz.

Todo correcto según fotos y ubicación. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia y los servicios incluidos, el acceso fue muy sencillo y hubo buena comunicación con los anfitriones quienes estaban siempre pendientes. El único inconveniente fue el fuerte olor a marihuana de otros inquilinos, que entraba a la habitación la cual no contaba con buena ventilación. Por lo demás, bien. Excelente lugar, céntrico, bien conectado y con lugares de interés cerca.
