To be completely honest, I have always been skeptical of chiropractic practices. But Dr Romina showed me that not only can it really help relieve the pain but also helped me understand the whole process and opened my eyes to this wonderful practice. Due to a car accident and I was in pain, my whole body seemed like it was just done for not to mention my spine was shifted which resulted in excruciating lower back and neck pain. The first time she adjusted me my lower back was killing me I was groaning and moaning every time I was trying to lay down, sit and even standing up from sitting. After the adjustment I got up and stood up from the table like I was 18 again!! I still have a long journey of appointments left but I have to be completely honest I actually enjoy going.
