I am very happy with my experience with Premier Outdoor. Steve offered great insight and ideas for our deck and patio. I did not think I could build a large patio because of how steep the yard was, Steve offered a great design solution, a retaining wall that doubles as a seating area for our fire pit, we couldn’t be more happy with the end result!

We hired this company to build a 17×15 covered deck. We signed the contract in early May, and the project was not completed until November 17th, which is far longer than expected.Several mistakes were made throughout the project despite us clearly explaining—multiple times—exactly what we wanted. Communication from Steve was extremely poor. While he was very friendly and accommodating during our initial meeting, his demeanor changed significantly once questions or concerns arose.One major issue was the overpricing of the deck boards. When I questioned the pricing, Steve became defensive, rude, and aggressive over the phone, which was completely unprofessional. No customer should be treated that way for asking reasonable questions about costs.There was also a constant blame-shifting issue. When mistakes occurred, Steve blamed Joe, Joe blamed the contractors, and no one took accountability—even when details were clearly written out and discussed multiple times.Overall, this was a horrible experience marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, mistakes, and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and choose a different contractor.

Premier completed a 1600ft fencing project (tear-down, haul-away, fresh construction) at my property and I was impressed with not only the quality of the work but also how fast the team was on the job. The communication was great--Joe and Steve were heavily involved with tailoring the project to my needs and timeline and discussing options. And there were no surprises on the cost--it was the most competitive bid I received after comparing to 2 others, and at the same time the materials and craftsmanship were top-notch. All around a great experience and I will be reaching back out for future projects at my home. Thank you!
