Elias, the owner and the team headed by Nick on our job, were kind, fair and eager to explain everything I needed to know when 2 of our ac units went out at the beginning of summer. Elias responded within seconds and came to our house at 730pm! (Within an hour of hour call). He explained all the options from doing nothing, replacing Freon to replacing the entire unit. He was honest about which units needed replacing and which could wait. When Nick and his assistant came they wore booties and were really careful with our home taking care to leave the area looking perfect! Elias even worked with us on pricing and a payment plan. I could not have asked for a better experience. The work was timely, the price was fair and the people were wonderful. Highly recommend them to everyone!

It's been a year since I had a new HVAC system installed in my home, and I'm still really happy with how everything turned out. The system has been running smoothly, but what stood out the most was working with Elias. He's easy to talk to, genuinely helpful, and gave me the space to do my research without any pressure. He is quick to respond, honest, explains everything to the fullest, tells me my options, and he is trustworthy. In the middle of summer, when I know he is at his busiest, he came through and came through quick. Thank you. I recommend Four Seasons. I ordered smart thermostats and installed them as directed by directions supplied, flipped the breakers and nothing turned on. I called the manufacturer with little help. That's when I turned to Elias with Four Seasons and he had me FaceTime him once I went up to my attic to help me. Quickly resolved the issue with his guidance. You won't regret using this group, they quickly replaced my AC last summer at such a great price! I don't often type reviews but great customer service deserves some mention.

Elias was awesome with handling everything for us, from the beginning till end. His team even help us return our bulky AC back to costco. I really appreciate the extra help his team willing to help us and answer any questions that I have. I high recommand his business if someone need new AC install.
