Tom and Stu are the most reliable, personable, skilled professionals through and through. They have completed numerous heating and plumbing jobs in my home that’s undergone a complete refurbishment over the last 6 years. Clean and tidy, punctual and most importantly, trustworthy. Stuart and Tom deserve more 5 star reviews on Google. They were very responsive to my request and came the same day to look at the damages in my shower to provide a quote. The floor of my large shower was poorly installed by the previous owners and it eventually cracked as it was unstable. They ordered a solid replacement and were able to fit it in one morning, the result is immaculate. We are so happy to finally be able to stand in our shower without being afraid of falling through.

Stuart & Tom did an excellent job installing my new bathroom. They are both extremely professional, they listened to what I wanted and also gave some suggestions to guide me along the way. They let me know how long the job would take with a rough idea of what would be completed on each day. I wanted some small changes such as the pull light cord to be removed and replaced by a switch on the hallway wall. They organised for an electrician to do this. They also organised for a plasterer and for the flooring to be installed. All of this work was completed to a high quality. Stuart and Tom take pride in their work, they are approachable and were happy to answer any questions I had.If I am honest I delayed having work done on my bathroom as I didn't want the chaos of having mess everywhere and the dilemma of where to take a shower for a few days. There was no need for me to have worried about this. At the end of each day the house was left spotless with tools and equipment being kept out of sight. I wish I booked them in sooner.
