My wife and I had been looking for a replacement mattress for three months when we were lucky enough to find Snooze Mattress. It was the only dedicated mattress store that offered a diagnostic pressure bed to figure out what level of softness/firmness suited our needs, and that test meant we could concentrate our search on the medium firm mattresses on offer and avoid the rest (the levels of firmness are colour-coded). Not only did we find the perfect mattress, we also noticed that this store offers a trial period, subject to certain conditions, for some of the brands. The personal attention was outstanding. We highly recommend this store, and believe one needs look no further for the ideal mattress.

Great experience shopping for our new mattress. Terry was very knowledgeable and went through all the options. It did take a couple of weeks for the mattress to break in and we weren’t sure if we had got the right one ,but now we both sleep happily without any issues. Very happy will definitely return in the future. Thanks Guys

Buying a mattress is - usually - a really dumb experience: last time I bought one somewhere else it involved an overwhelmingly large room full of expensive, nearly indistinguishable foam rectangles, that you keep trying until you give up and just pick the most middle-priced one and pretend you know why.BUT. This place is class. They do a really cool pressure test thing that actually gave us an objective sense of what kind of material and firmness we like, then recommended us like 5 specific mattresses to try out (just 5) so you could actually tell what the difference was.The staff (Claudia) were great too. Bought a lovely firm tempurpedic and can’t get over how much of a quality of life improvement it’s been. Absolutely recommend.

We had an amazing experience at Snooze! The store has a bed that analyzes your pressure points to help determine the right level of support — soft, medium, or firm — which made choosing a mattress so much easier. Terry went above and beyond to find the perfect mattress to suit both of our needs. Since we each preferred slightly different support levels, he worked with us to combine the right comforts, and he couldn’t have been more patient.What impressed us even more was that Terry stayed past closing time to finish the sale without ever mentioning it. We didn’t realise until we were leaving that the store was beginning to close for the evening, such a gentleman!The store itself has such cozy vibes, and we loved the playful touch of the staff wearing pajamas as their uniform. I’m honestly mad about the PJs — they’re so cool!Thank you a million, Snooze. We’ve already had a few nights of the most comfortable sleep we’ve had in ages. Highly recommend!
