Today we visited the store looking for a new mattress. The store was very clean, well organised, and had a great selection, which made it much easier for us to understand what we were really looking for.Unfortunately, the store was very busy. There were three other families waiting, and only one staff member assisting everyone. We ended up waiting about an hour just to check the price of one of the mattresses we liked.Even so, Terry (the sales person) took the time to help every customer with care and never seemed rushed. Before helping us, he came over to apologise for the wait. We told him we only wanted to confirm the price of the mattress, and he quickly got the information for us.We left happy because, despite the long wait, Terry’s friendly attitude, genuine care, and professionalism made the experience a positive one.My only suggestion would be for the store to provide Terry with more support during busy periods. Having another team member available would make a big difference.Thank you, Terry, for your kindness and excellent service! And sorry if my little boy was a bit loud

Absolutely fantastic service provided by the guys here. They were so knowledgeable about mattresses and I never felt like I was being pressured or upsold one bit. Prices are so good and they'll deliver to Dublin. Happy to have supported a local Cork business and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend snooze mattresses, you won't leave without finding the right mattress, which are all very comfortable .They have a bed you lie on and it measures where all the pressure is on your body, and the mattresses are colour coded to what mattress you need. And the two men there couldn't be any nicer, and guids you to the mattress that suits your body.
