Hillassistance did an AMAZING job at our home. I would post pictures but I'm not good at that, but I feel sure with how beautiful it turned out, the pictures will show up on their website. We give them 10 stars because everything was right ....design, price, promptness, communication. They were easy to work with and wanted to make sure we were happy (which we're MORE than happy!). Top notch crew and very professional management as they performed outstanding work at my home to kill all the grass and to return five days later to remove the dead sod and cover the lawn with new rich fill dirt.They installed good quality sod and made sure the spacing was good and replaced the sprinkling system in the rear of the home.The bid to do the job was very fair and I am very happy with my new lawn.Jim M

Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and read everything twice. This “this is not what we talked about” at the near end of your build will cost you alot of money. Things started out good but in the end we ended up paying alot of money and the power outlet for your lights??? You owe me that! I should not have to hire an electrician to hook up my outside lights because you don’t know electrical. What about taking it off my bill?!Save up extra cash because you never know what’s going to happen with this company. Also, look at market place for plants because this company will over charge you with plants, have them install it for you, ask that question? if they don’t, look elsewhere. The irrigation hose, if they offer it, say NO thank you, you don’t need it and it’s expensive. Also, watch the workers, make sure they do things that you want, they will do there own thing and just do it and mess it up and won’t even try to fix it. 3 Stars because my outside lights broke and they said they’d take care of it but right now, the stones are holding up my lights. … still waiting for you to take care of it but they just forgot

My husband and I had a very good experience with this company. They did a wonderful landscaping job in our yard. We were not really sure what will work the best, as our backyard lot is right on the intracoastal water, but they helped us design something that can withstand the elements. We have a long front driveway and we wanted to see flowers and greenery when driving toward the house. They made it such that it gives us a welcoming feeling when coming home. Hillassistance Landscaping gave us exactly what they promised, and even more. They were very professional during the whole process. I will recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an honest and reliable landscaping company to work with.

TLDR: I would not use this company again.We contracted with Hillassistance on a large landscaping project that included sprinkler system repair, new sod, new garden beds, and new boarders on all landscaping. The team was friendly throughout the project.In first week after completion we noticed a few issues that we reported but have no resolution.1. A ten foot section of new garden bed boarder was not installed. The team said the would return but never did even after several attempts to confirm.2. Two sprinklers not functioning. The response when we asked that the the sprinklers be fixed was "they worked when we left." We hoped for better warranty on the work performed.3. The new sod needed water 3x a day. Hillassistance set the sprinkler system they just serviced and repaired to every three days. Thankfully we caught this quickly.4. Hillassistance damaged some of our neighbors lawn when removing our old sod. We asked that they repair the area. No response.Additionally the quality of the work is ok but not exceptional. We have noticed areas with thin rock/mulch coverage. During the sod installation no tilling or additional soil was brought in to help level certain areas. Add to that the lack of follow-up on the boarder and sprinkler repair has made this a poor customer experience. As a customer we could have done better with explicit expectations for the sprinklers. We assumed that sprinklers would be moved and replaced for optimal watering with the new sod and beds. That was not the case. As a result we have spots not being watered in the beds and sod. We would have paid more for this service but it was to late when we noticed.

These guys are absolutely awesome. Chevaughen and Jessica run a tight ship. They did our entire yard with new landscaping in Holly Hill. It came out amazing. They started the job on a tuesday and finished about a week later. Showed up every day until it was done. We made changes along the way and prices were given before doing the work which I love. We will be using them for our yard maintenance and on our next investment property for sure. Thanks guys!!!!!! Great work!!!!!!!

Had this company cut my grass for a month. At first I loved the staff but after a couple weeks noticed on my cameras that one of the crew members that cuts the grass kept driving over my new driveway pavers and sidewalk for no reason at all. This damages pavers and I just had a very expensive paver job completed. I texted the owner and got no response so I was hoping they corrected it then it happened again the following week and this time the person just did not continuously drive over my new pavers which are higher than the turf but turned around in middle of my driveway on every pass. I am sure I will have chips in my pavers that need to be replaced on a new driveway and sidewalk because of the gross negligence of this company. Update: Yep just as I feared I have close to a dozen chips on my new pavers and I have had my car parked in front of my driveway since it was completed to avoid exactly this type of thing. Thanks guys I am now going to have to locate replacement pavers and have them all replaced and my driveway resealed. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
