Extremely disappointed in this company, they said when they put down the cloth that the grass and weeds would not grow through it, they said when they put down the gravel that it would lock and stay in place, plus it was supposed to be 4 inches thick, it was not.they brought rotted railroad ties for the border of the driveway.they were in and out because they said they had to go to another job.

Chevaughn, Byron and crew do great work. I've had 2 landscape installations with them. They listen to what you want, and work hard to achieve it. The crew is exceptionally hard working. The prices were reasonable, compared with other quotes I got.

Chevaughn was wonderful to work with. Always professional and communicative. The entire crew were also fantastic. Highly recommend.

I love this company! I was very excited when I had finally found them while trying to find someone who could give me a quote on a yard and sprinkler system. From the first day I was impressed. Doing business with them has been a pleasure from my yard install to my weekly lawn maintenance, oh and did I mention they installed a French drain as well. Everything I needed from one company.Nothing but happy. They are easy to communicate with from the office staff to the workers, they are all wonderful.I would definitely recommend Hillassistance Landscaping to anyone looking for a company that will stand behind their work and do an amazing job!!!

I’m beyond happy with Hill Assistance Landscaping LLC! From start to finish, their professionalism really stood out, especially their communication. I received a heads-up call 45 minutes before the estimate and a text notification when they were on their way to complete the work, which I really appreciated. The team was extremely hardworking, and delivered beautiful results. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. My landscaping looks simply amazing, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I received exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend!

Hillassistance did an AMAZING job at our home. I would post pictures but I'm not good at that, but I feel sure with how beautiful it turned out, the pictures will show up on their website. We give them 10 stars because everything was right ....design, price, promptness, communication. They were easy to work with and wanted to make sure we were happy (which we're MORE than happy!). We can't believe how BEAUTIFUL our place looks! Thank you Chevaughn for everything and thank you Jessica for the lovely gift of an ixora plant.

I called them when I saw them doing another job in the area. They came out immediately for an estimate, followed through, and scheduled the work quickly. I really appreciate that they are on time, and stay on schedule, without you having to follow up or remind them. Chevaughn is honest, experienced, and I like his creativity.

Extremely pleased. Mr Hill and his assistants arrived promptly and worked steadily thru the unbearable heat. The transformation is extraordinary. I highly recommend this company.

Hillassistance came to the rescue. My gardner fell ill and they took over and did a grand job in my back garden space, including pads for my sculptures. They also finished my front garden border, lovely. It was all skillful and beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Top notch crew and very professional management as they performed outstanding work at my home to kill all the grass and to return five days later to remove the dead sod and cover the lawn with new rich fill dirt. They installed good quality sod and made sure the spacing was good and replaced the sprinkling system in the rear of the home. The bid to do the job was very fair and I am very happy with my new lawn.Jim M

Chevaughn and his team installed a patch of turf and some stone for a walkway. They were able to work with us through some last minute changes and got everything done how we wanted. All work done efficiently.

Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and read everything twice. This “this is not what we talked about” at the near end of your build will cost you alot of money. Things started out good but in the end we ended up paying alot of money and the power outlet for your lights??? You owe me that! I should not have to hire an electrician to hook up my outside lights because you don’t know electrical. What about taking it off my bill?!Save up extra cash because you never know what’s going to happen with this company. Also, look at market place for plants because this company will over charge you with plants, have them install it for you, ask that question? if they don’t, look elsewhere. The irrigation hose, if they offer it, say NO thank you, you don’t need it and it’s expensive. Also, watch the workers, make sure they do things that you want, they will do there own thing and just do it and mess it up and won’t even try to fix it. 3 Stars because my outside lights broke and they said they’d take care of it but right now, the stones are holding up my lights. … still waiting for you to take care of it but they just forgot

It's rare to find a dependable company who does exactly what they said they would, perfectly! They communicated well, and kept their appointments, and had a reasonable quote for their work. We are very pleased with their work. And the job of adding French Drains took care of our soggy Yard Problem Area. Chevan was a pleasure to work with. Well done! 5-stars!!

They came to the house to give me an estimate didn't tell me much about the services that they provide. They left told me that I would get an estimate soon. I called the operator told me that I would get an estimate soon. 2 weeks later still waiting

I have tried a few lawn care companies in the past, but none compare to HILLASSISTANCE Landscaping LLC. Their team is incredibly reliable and always goes the extra mile to make sure my yard looks amazing. They’re quick, efficient, and really take pride in their work. I’m really impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would like to recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality lawn care services!

They do excellent work and are very friendly and back up there work they do.I was very impressed by their work.

* Inaccurate Estimate: The initial landscaping estimate was significantly lower than the actual cost, requiring one-third more material than anticipated. * Poor Workmanship: The installation was flawed, with insufficient weed mat coverage in many areas. * Lack of Communication/Action: Despite numerous attempts over six months, the landscaper has failed to provide a receipt or rectify the substandard work, resorting to empty promises instead.

We had the opportunity to work with Hillassistance Landscaping and found them to be very professional, affordable and customer focused. The results speak for themselves, they did a great job. They are very knowledgeable and more than willing to work with us on the right combination of plants and trees to work with our home. They finished off our new shed with a rock border and new sod in front. It turned out great. We would definitely recommend them and appreciated their hard work and dedication to customer service.

We recently rented palm trees and plants for our wedding and it was a wonderful experience! Hillassistance worked up a quote and made my wedding dreams come to life. The palm trees and other plants were delivered and picked up from the venue the day of our wedding. Everything looked beautiful thanks to their assistance and willingness to work with us on this new opportunity. Thank you!

Denied service after being a customer for a year and didn’t even provide a reason. Unprofessional. Would not recommend at all.
