Beam Roofing & Construction

I wholeheartedly recommend Beam Roofing. In January I noticed a shingle missing on my roof on the back side which is not visible from my own yard. I have to drive to the street behind me. Of course, I had to see it on a Friday night with the following Monday being a holiday. I was a nervous wreck because severe weather was forecast for the following Wed-Sat. Justin Beam’s name was given to me by a neighbor and I called and texted hoping someone would contact me on Monday. Justin did and had me send over a photo of what I was seeing. The following day he sent a crew member over and also inspected the entire roof because I was in no way certain that what I was seeing was the only issue. I even watched as the gentleman walked my entire roof. That was the first opportunity for additional repairs or even not-needed repairs to show up. It’s not as if I’d have a clue if they were legit. No additional repairs, issues or concerns were noted. Then in March, I had a roof inspection as part of a home sale. The inspector noted several items and of course, I was upset as I thought surely some of the items should have been caught during the January inspection. I contacted Justin and he reviewed the report as soon as it was delivered and assured me he’d be out personally to take a look. I am supremely grateful that not only did he come personally, he graciously came out the very next morning and coordinated his visit with the HVAC professional so that the two could address any potential overlapping concerns. That’s huge.Justin determined that the inspection report was incorrect in several respects, including finding that one supposed “leak stain” was in fact a shadow from a small piece of slivered board. He took a picture from a different angle to document this inspection error. Likewise, he addressed each and every item in the report on site with me and in writing in response to the report so it could be sent to the buyers’ agent. No repairs were needed. Quite frankly, Justin could easily have made some money if he wanted to go along with some points or recommendations in the inspection report and I would have been none the wiser. After all, we did have a wind storm in February, after the January inspection, so anything could have happened in that time period. He didn’t take advantage of the opportunity. Such honesty and integrity is beyond rare.
