I wouldn't ever go anywhere else for plumbing and heating services. Elite Heating Team Ltd are the only people I would get to sort a problem or service a boiler. Philip is a tireless worker and will keep at a job until it's finished to his satisfaction regardless of any obstacles. He is great at explaining everything, and goes way beyond the call of duty. Needed an urgent fix when the our pump started leaking one evening and received excellent and prompt service to stop the leak and repair the pump. Excellent service and follow up to correct some faulty piping which has posed a long standing issue, would highly recommend.

ARC heating have serviced my boiler and carried out plumbing repairs at my house on a number of occasions and have always done really excellent work. Philip has always been very clear regarding the nature of the problem and what work he needs to do and has also given great advice. Communications with the ARC office around scheduling appointments etc has also been much better than the vast majority of companies that I have used in the past. I would highly recommend ARC.

I would highly recommend Elite Heating Team Ltd. It took us several attempts with different plumbers before we found Philip. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Our heating system now heats the whole house and we only have to keep up to date with our yearly service. They are easily contactable during the year if there is any other issues.
