I didn't expect to do this but I had both my dogs cremated with in 2 weeks of each other. Apart from being only 60% cheaper than other companies, I paid $350 instead of $1500. But the cost had nothing to the care and compassion showed by Ryan. He let me know on both occasions when he had collected my little doggie from Green ross Vets and he takes them and does a personal cremation for each. He delivered Patch's ashes to my door. I wanted him cremated like my previous little girl doggie in 2015 in NSW. Now I also have Patch and Sam. I will also be cremated and all our ashes will be sprinkled together. We will all rest in peace together

I can’t thank Ryan and his wife enough for their care, respect and sensitivity in guiding us through this difficult time. Upon ringing Ryan, he showed such kindness and compassion towards me, assisting me with providing a Vet, the beautiful Kate who put our darling Jedda to sleep. This is not an easy process to go through but Ryan made it more bearable, always there to support and helpful answering any questions and reassuring me. I knew Jedda was in safe hands. When Ryan came to pick Jedda up, he was so respectful and allowed us the time to say goodbye, we were not rushed. Jeddas ashes are now with us, delivered at a time that worked best for us. I was so touched by the fine details, the words, it all made such a difference to easing my pain. The box was put together with love. I would highly recommend any family who has to lose their fur baby and requires a pet cremation service to use this one. Thank you so much ❤️.
