LIFESAVERS! Chris is a lifesaver. He should be awarded a local hero for helping people with car problems whilst on their road trips. We came across problems with our Toyota Hiace (jap import) whilst driving to Traralgon (Victoria) from Sydney on a Saturday late afternoon. Ace Mechanics were the only mechanics open till 8:30pm and Chris responded back to our sms within a few minutes. Chris really helped us out and we can’t thank him enough.Thank you Chris. Thanks to your awesome team of mechanics. Thank you Tinkerbell and Luna for being such good fur hosts and fur friends to our 3 dogs whilst we were there.

Chris at Ace Mechanical completely went above and beyond to help us out with a DPF and a few other check lights that popped up on our van. We came by Ace due to their extended trading hours on our drive to the Gippsland region from Sydney and arrived after dark. Chris, his team and his two dogs Tinkerbell and Luna looked after us while there. A truly honest and hardworking gentleman and team. Thanks for all the extra support you offered on our trip. We can continue to explore the region as planned!

I can’t recommend Chris from ace mechanics in Wurruk highly Enough. From the moment I brought my car in, he was incredibly thorough and took the time to properly inspect everything, quickly identifying major issues that had should of been fixed in the roadworthy I received before I brought the car from the dealer in Melbourne.What really stood out to me was his honesty and genuine care, Chris explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on without any pressure.I was also really grateful for how considerate he was of my budget. He worked with me to find affordable solutions without compromising on quality. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such understanding.All work, including servicing, has been completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and in a timely manner which has made a huge difference to me. I came to Chris on a Saturday because my car started to make wierd noises. Within seconds he and his team figured out what the problem was and that I needed a spare part. Chris invited me to stay with my campervan at the shop until the part could be delivered. In this time I really got to know him. He is a lovely fellow, with a lot of experience and just a really helpful and friendly guy. He and his team are very professional and know what they are talking about. They really want to help you and he came up with a couple of other solutions, when the spare part was not available on Monday. He really loves his work and wants to help people.I really enjoyed meeting Chris and can just highly recommend it to everyone to go to his workshop, if you have car troubles!😊
