I can't recommend Nick enough. I was in severe pain, I couldn't work, look after my kids. I couldn't even sit down. What was great was not just Nick's exercises, it was that he was there on the journey with you, helping you heal. I remember one time I was in so much pain I started having an anxiety attack on the call with him! And throughout the call he guided me back away from the anxiety and with enough pain reduction that I could also. And the exercises weren't just about core strength or whatever. It was also that, but it was about breathing, oxygen, alignment. It was holistic. I know here I am, sitting back, watching a movie, pain free 🙂🍿

Nick and the program gave me my life back. I was in crippling pain daily, which affected my family and work life. The pain has gone away and I have tools that I use when I have a flare ups. Nick explains everything and demonstrates the exercise's (very helpful). He answered all my questions and has walked we threw flare ups. This physical therapy/program work!

Dr. Salinas was amazing. He took the time to talk me through all of the options from payment, to training, to the physiology of my body and the pain I was experiencing in my lower back. He diagnosed me and helped achieve pain free movement again. We set a date for re-evaluating my pain level and the need to continue if necessary. When I told him I felt really great he was very happy and brought our sessions to a close. There was no attempting to keep me on or to spend more money than I needed. He really truly cared that I had the best experience possible. I can't recommend him and Functional Movement Therapy enough!

Huge shout out and praise to Dr. Nick! After many years of PT for herniated discs, I can honestly say that FMT is unlike anything else I have tried. Dr. Nick is very passionate about his work and getting you back to what YOU love to do. He really is a text message away if you have questions or need advice. The exercise program offers such diversity that you will never get bored-- huge plus!! I am pretty amazed at the all around strength I have gained in 2 months. Most importantly, I have learned valuable tools to target my specific pain patterns.
