We ordered a few games for a graduation party and they were a hit. We set the games up outside under a tent and even though the temp was hot, the kids still had a blast playing with them. The team was very friendly and very responsive when I rented them.

Easy to get to and very speedy service. Customer service is excellent and the sales rep Sharona is very attentive

When I tell you, one phone call and I was good to go. I do not lie. Okay maybe I had some annoying questions afterwards, but she didn’t care. She answered all my questions and took care of us no problem. Last minute too may I add. Jax Party Company. I’ll definitely be back again.

Sharona was great! Delivery and pick up was smooth. I would definitely recommend them!

Jax party rentals is a great place, quick response, great prices, amazing customer service. I opted to pick up my rental and drop off and it was fast and easy. I will be renting from jax party rentals again.

My husband and I needed a table and chairs for our son graduation celebration, and someone recommended Jax Party. From the very first phone call, Sharona was very friendly, helpful and patient with me during a time that was very chaotic for me. From placing the order, to delivery everything was a 10 gas I highly recommend their company! My husband and I will return for their service for future events.

Jax Party Company was really easy to work with. I was able to get all my products ordered on time and the process was seamless and pretty quick. Although I ordered months in advance, I was able to confirm delivery the day before and the gentlemen were on time and worked neatly and quickly. The tent size I ordered (20x30) was unavailable, so I got the 30x40 and no extra charge. The tent fit perfectly in my yard and there weren’t any trip hazards. The chairs and tables were in good condition, and the table cloths looked like they were just dry cleaned. The fact that the set up and breakdown is full service is top tier. I would have no issue using this service again. The team is truly awesome.
