He assessed our home with honesty and integrity, letting us know our best route for success in what we were wanting as an outcome for our garage door replacement. Once we agreed on the work needed and a fair price he scheduled quickly, as well as letting us know he had an opening to get our new garage door done a day early!He set up, informed us of the structure he had planned and got right to work! Organized, efficient and thorough, he performed work that I can only describe as perfect! He was flexible to help us with an accommodation for our needs and just plain great for the whole process. Once we "squared" up on square there was a discrepancy and he handled it very professionally, looking into our order and quickly resolving the issue.Once finished he gave us a wonderful explanation of everything, the garage door installation, the garage door openers and how to program them to our cars with multiple garage door openers (as well as the camera option that we decided to go with, with is super cool!!) we had just purchased, as well as insuring everything worked up to our expectations and understanding.I would recommend Brad and his work to anyone I know, he made us comfortable and understood from the first interaction, and I felt confident and satisfied as soon as he showed up for work. Brad was awesome came on time maybe even earlier then planned , I had a broken spring Brad came out the night before on a Sunday to see what spring I needed and he suggested that I get two springs instead of one for a double car garage , I went with the two and Brad came out and installed them both in probably in less then an hour was quick and professional and polite , he even helped align the door and get my garage door opener hooked up wired up the controls and sensors Brad was an awesome guy I recommend him, I an in the Clearfield area . I contacted Brad in the morning having had my garage door malfunction the night before he arrived within minutes able to get the parts and installed the same day. The estimate he gave on the phone was the same when it came time to pay. There was another issue with the door and he kept tinkering until he got it right and did not upcharge.
