I am somewhat of a connoisseur of Indian Food, well most all food actually. Anyway, I remembered going to Sahota several years ago and really liked their food. Since then I've had Indian food at several places, all good. But this tops them all. Yesterday I got takeout from Sahota and it was absolutely delicious! The spices in sauce were a perfect balance, the lamb was so tender and not overcooked. Even the rice was perfect. I got Lamb Masala, by the way. Highly Recommended and looking forward to having it again.

Every dish we tried was authentic and comforting, especially the curries and naan, which were spot on.The waiter truly made the experience even better. He was polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He patiently explained the dishes, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive.Overall, amazing food and excellent service. I didn't love the music but I didn't go there for the music. The food was terriffic. I loved the balance of spices in all their dishes. The rice were fluffy and long grained.The roti was classic. Everything tastes like it's homemade. Indian restaurants in most American cities cook with a lot of oil and cream. But not here. The taste was authentic.We loved the chicken 65, papry chat, mixed vegetables and the ground lamb with peas.Definitely will be eating here again.
