TPR Mitcham is absolutely amazing all around! I’ve only just started here a few weeks ago and I’m completely hooked! The staff AMAZING especially Gillian, she has been so supportive and helpful through my whole experience. Highly recommend!!

The Pole Room Mitcham is absolutely amazing! The team are so welcoming and supportive of beginners. The instructors are all super friendly and experienced. They have a wide range of classes and explain everything really well on their website. I've just done the 4 week beginners course and I am in love!!! I'm looking forward to learning more from the awesome team here ❤️

An amazing studio where I like to spend my spare time. I’ve grown so much since starting here. Learning new dance routines and tricks is my little escape from the world. The staff are amazing and always willing to help you nail your demon tricks - whatever level you’re at. It’s a welcoming and supportive environment that just feels like home. Highly recommend 🫶🏻

Did not know what to expect when I signed up end of 2024... Now we're almost at the end of 2025 and this place is my 2nd home! I look forward to coming every week to learn, dance and be with such an amazing community! Highly recommend this studio 💜

Stepping into a pole studio is something I didn't think I would ever have the courage to do, but turns out it was one of the best decisions I have made! From the orientation night, to my first class, the people I have met; I have always felt welcomed and safe in a judgement free environment. In a short amount of time, it's already helped grow my self confidence and love my body more than I did when I would go to the gym. The Pole Room has helped me in more than just improving my physical strength. There is a wide range of classes to cater to all ability, strength and interest levels depending on what you want to work on. Each level progresses slowly and allows you to master each technique with the help of the most amazing instructors! I highly recommend taking the leap and joining!
