Wouldn’t recommend working with this company. Unfortunately those responsible here lack the ability to work through conflict without calling people names. My 3 year old daughter’s figured this out guys.

Our roofing service went very well. Alex Lopez was great! I knew we need to get our roof done and was dreading the cost and deciding what company to go with.Alex showed up, first door knocker that I listened to for more than 30 seconds he seemed like a trustworthy person as we talked. We have had some storm damage to our roof, but I never thought it would be enough for insurance to kick in.Alex inspected our roof documenting damage that he saw. When done he assured us that insurance would help with replacement (our roof was 29yrs old)Alex helped with claim, came back when insurance adjuster came to look at roof.Claim went through without a problem.Our roof was scheduled for replacement within 2 weeks of our first meeting it was great and painless. Alex was there for whatever questions we had. He was there when we picked the shingles, and called after to make sure we were happy with the work! He was great!Roofers were timely and did a good job one day we had a new roof!The gutters guys were very good did a good job and were quick also.I would recommend Ikon to anyone needing a roof replacement and Alex Lopez is a lot of the reason for that!He made it a painless experienceThanks Ikon roofing and Alex!We love the new roof!

We weren’t even thinking about a new roof but had seen some shingle piece's on the lawn since we have had some strong winds. Milton came knocking on our door and we let him get on our roof and he felt it was time to get it fixed. He took care of all the details with our insurance company and we were approved for some help. The crew was fast and did a great job. They did leave a lot of nails around but it was dark when they got done. We were happy with the outcome and Milton was great to work with.

My sales rep Cade is the man . If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have a new roof . He work his butt off with my insurance company he is very professional, they always answered my calls and texts and when they said they would be there they were there , they did amazing job my house looks amazing, and the gutters look great as well . I would highly recommend them and for sure ask for Cade he is the man .
