Honestly really wanted to like them. The roof looks very well done and they were punctual and did a great job. That being said cannot say the same for sales reps. I worked with Carter and Chris both were very slow to respond, wasn’t really there to offer help. They ruined my back deck rug and grill had to be deep cleaned. Nails were left everywhere. I have been very kind and patient throughout the process but this is my end. The workers do a timely job but will leave a mess everywhere. And the sales guys just don’t respond I have multiple 4-5x texts in a row from me before a response. I have a couple friends as well looking to get there’s done and they will not respond to me. I really really wanted to like them and my roof does look very good. But every other part of it was a rough experience.

These guys are amazing! I want to give a huge shoutout to Alex Stafford for the incredible experience—this dude knows his stuff and is awesome to work with.Alex showed up at our doorstep and told us our roof was damaged and that we might be able to file a claim with our insurance. I’m a pretty skeptical guy, so I didn’t believe him at first. But after some careful consideration—and Alex following up with me—I decided to see what would happen if we filed a claim.Turns out, the roof was damaged. Our insurance company denied the first claim, but Alex didn’t give up. He had one of his team members get back on the roof to take more pictures. After submitting a follow-up, the insurance company offered around $600. Alex said that wasn’t good enough, so he sent another team member to take pictures a third time. That did the trick—the insurance company finally agreed to cover the cost of the roof.Once we received the funds, Ikon installed the roof, and it looks fantastic. I also decided to purchase gutters, and the gutter crew did a great job as well.There was a small disagreement about some of the costs, but it was handled with care. The owner, Brandon, personally texted me and resolved the issue.Thank you, Ikon, for everything you did. I recommend you to all my neighbors and friends!

Excellent roofing company. From the initial inspection to the finished product we got impeccable service. There was a lot of attention to detail in the installation. They used R&R Solar to remove and reinstall our solar panels. They did an amazing job and worked seamlessly with Ikon. There was no pressure in the product descriptions and in the end our roof is beautiful, solar panels replaced professionally and all done quickly. I highly recommend Ikon.

We were SO impressed with IKON Roofing! We called other roofing companies to get bids as well. IKON was the only company that scheduled an appointment, showed up and did an in person bid. They took time to tell us what options we had, how long the reroofing process would take and called back within a few days with a quote. Their bid was honest and accurate with no up charges or unknown fees. Their roofing team was fantastic! Hardworking, respectful of our property and their cleanup was outstanding! They even had a manager come a few days after the installation to inspect the roof! We were SO impressed with the whole process! We highly recommend IKON Roofing!!

My name is Eddie Rodriguez. I really recommend this company. They did an awesome job on my roof. Antonio did a good job of having my insurance pay for it..Diego he’s one of the guys that works for the company. He came to the house check that everything was good. I told him one of the lights came off the ceiling.He he said I will check it .I didn’t think much about it at 8:30 at night. he knocked on my door. He says I fixthe lights. . He went to the store and buy a new light fixture. I tried to pay him back but he says no.so so thank you Diego. And all the guys that work on my roof, they got it done in one day👍👍👍👍👍
