This is NOT The Joint - Dr. St. Cyr is extremely well-versed in this practice and explains the science in clear language. She's using the latest technology to scan and diagnose literally from head to toe. After a really great discussion on my health history, I had my first gentle adjustment - no cracking, no twisting my neck, no gross sounds! I felt instantly calmer, taller, more relaxed. Then she had me spend 15 minutes on the roller table - I promptly fell asleep as the rollers opened up my spine. I have my second adjustment tomorrow and will be referring my husband and co-workers.
