Very competent drs and staff. I would highly recommend their services. My implants were done when I was 76 years old. I am looking up at #85 in a few months and they are still “chomping away”. One of the best decisions I have ever made but should have done it 10 years sooner.I'll add this: During the days of my full implant procedure and while I had been fitted with a temporary set of implants, I fell and hit the a sidewalk surface in such a way that I snapped my upper appliance clean in half. This occurred the day before the 4th of July Holiday and my wife and I were scheduled to depart on a two-week European tour a day after the 4th. I called Dr Keith's emergency line and he immediately reached out and, even though it was a Holiday, he and his young son arrived in the office to deal with my problem. Fortunately, my set of permeant implants had arrived a day or so earlier and were available for replacing my broken temporary set. I learned that the son had some important activity scheduled later in the day but, nevertheless, Dr Keith made the effort to take care of me in spite of a tight personal-family schedule. This is the kind of service that creates a life-time loyalty to a person and a business. I cannot recommend his practice more highly.

They dropped the ball on my husband after paying a $350 consult fee. They did Not follow up with a clear treatment plan and cost breakdown as Promised. He had to ask twice before receiving it day before his appointment to find that they wanted $85,000 for repair and no clear breakdown of procedural steps. Why pay top dollar for poor staff service?? The doctor was very nice but relies on subpar staff and poor paperwork considering the amount they charge for services! Very dissatisfied, other offices in Walnut creek charge no consult fee and are Far Le$$ expensive and offer discounts for paying upfront costs! For example, Checkout Julia Lee DDS.

I never received the promised quote for the implants. At the initial visit, the doctor promised me that the receptionist would go over pricing before I left that day but when I asked she seemed confused and said she would have to talk to the doctor and email me the information. I have emailed and called numerous times since my appointment asking for those documents and have received nothing. I paid almost $400 for that first visit and at this point I'm in belief that they're scamming people. I am requesting a FULL REFUND for that first visit considering I never received a price estimate for the actual implants, only a forceful appointment for a "necessary" MRI for another $1000. Why would I pay another $1000 before even having an idea if I could even afford the actual implants??? Absolutely absurd.
