We recently had a new pool and jacuzzi built by Jesse from JJ Pools, and we are very happy with the experience. From start to finish, Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable and reliable. He handled the entire permit process with the county, which made the project completely stress-free for us. He was also very patient throughout the process. he invited us to his office to view a wide variety of tile samples, which really helped us make the right choices for our backyard. Beyond the installation, Jesse has been excellent with follow-up support. When we encountered a software issue a few months later, he came out right away to fix it. We truly appreciate his professionalism and the responsibility he takes for his work. We highly recommend Jesse and the team at JJ Pools.
