Horrible experience. If you're looking for trustworthy, fair pricing, and helpful customer service stay away. Overpriced i was charged almost $1,200 for a tune up and expansion tank replacement and that was with 10% off. The technician gave me a total price over $300 difference to what was charged to my credit card. Customer service was unable to assist me for 3 business days. When asked for an itemized bill to see why I was charged more than the technician stated I was told that they do not do itemized billing.

Jose was very polite and knowledgeable at his craft. He was very thorough. He picked up on things that the others didnt see. He opened up the front and it was completely filled with black soot, no room to breathe. He got his vacuum and brush and went right to work cleaning it. Ty Jose! He also filled me in on things I was unaware of with my heating system. Thanks again!
