This was at my mom’s house and I happened to be at her house. She had a flood in the basement coming from the pipe. The issue was water was constantly being fed into the boiler so there was an overflow of the water.Response time was great to my mom’s house.The boiler was drained. Then she was told she need a new water feeder. The price was about $1,250.00. I told my mom no.The real issue. The cutoff sensor was either blocked or the water was dirty so the boiler just kept feeding water into the boiler.I drained the boiler twice with my friend and the system worked fine.I suggest people use ChatGPT or whatever paid ai service you subscribe to and upload pictures and etc.You might be about to diagnose the problem a little more accurately and save your retired parent who is on a fixed income some money.

Terrible customer service. I called for a quote and the representative answered like she was answering her personal cellphone. After asking her for a quote she said she wasn’t sure they could do it. Um then maybe you should ask so you could be sure? Sounds like a very sketchy company.

Your service rep Jerry (Gonzolo) arrived within a few hours of my calling about my loss of heat and hot water. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I watched as he methodically worked on finding the source of the issue. He explained what he was doing along the way. Once he had the burner running again, he stayed a bit to assure that the heat and hot water were indeed returning. He worked efficiently and took care to create no mess. I was very happy with Jerry's service call and relieved to have my hot water and heat back.

Great Tune-up Job on September 30, 2026 by JOSE!!!Jose called before arriving to let us know when he would arrive.Upon arrival, Jose inspected our heating and hot water systems, and proceeded to do the following: Replace oil filters and burner nozzles on the boiler and hot water heaters. Removed the top of the boiler and inspected the interior for any soot. He then removed the ductwork and inspected the flue for obstructions. After replacing the ductwork Jose made adjustments on the boiler and hot water heater for maximum efficiency. He cleaned and left the area spotless. ***** Super// Excellent ** A Job well done !!!
