We absolutely love Wolf Den! The coaches are dedicated, loyal, understanding, and treat every child with the same respect and encouragement. It’s such a positive environment for kids to grow, learn discipline, and build confidence. My son is always excited to come to class and truly enjoys every boxing session while learning new skills. Coach Adam and team are an amazing group. They focus on discipline of mental and physical development. They teach boxing but hone in on life lessons and skills and I can appreciate it. The program is affordable. The training time is flexible.Great program!

I have been frequenting Wolf’s Den boxing gym (for either myself or my son) for almost 2 years now. There is a strong sense of community within the establishment and it has always been pleasing to me that the ages and experience levels of those who train there are very diverse. I feel better now in my 30’s than I did in my 20’s. No regrets here! Definitely the best boxing gym in the Poconos!

My son who they call Ecuador has been training in wolf den for a little over a year now, and these coaches have become like family from coach Leo, Adam and coach T they are the best I love the way they interact with my son. There dedication to the sport and to who they train for me is unmatched. I would definitely recommend anyone from kids to adults to come here to train with them you wouldn’t regret it, I don’t so for the coaches here keep doing what y’all do it doesn’t go unnoticed Thank You….

Just started training in this boxing gym about a week ago. They have great coaches and the workouts are great. They teach you boxing fundamentals and will get you in great shape. Loving it so far!!

A great place to decompress after a stressful day on the grind! The workout is intense when you are all in, the reward is getting through it feeling like you rocked a killer cardio session. The coaches want to see you overcome what you may believe you can't. It's a no quit zone. Mind, body & spirit coming together one jab at a time! I work all that pain out on the bag.

Great gym with great personnel. My 7yr old son has been going here for a little more than a year, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in him when sparring. The gym helps keep him active and in shape. Glad we found them, and looking forward the progress my son will make.

I was looking for a boxing class for my daughter and came across the Wolf’s Den. Her first trial class was intense but seems so fun and enjoyable that my son and I also wanted to give it a try. I’m so glad we did! The coaches are so welcoming and knowledgeable while always keeping a positive vibe.Even if I’m severely lacking in sleep from the work-school-kiddie life balance (or lack there of) and all I dream of is my warm bed, once I get to class I’m pumped. I leave an hour later with so much more energy and am so glad I went!!This gym trains every level from beginner to boss. Don’t be intimidated, give this place a try!!UPDATE: If I could leave a second review I would, I’d leave a million. I struggled to lose any weight since having kids and since joining boxing at Wolf’s den I lost 8lbs in about three weeks. This place is changing my life and getting me back on track to live longer and healthier!!!
