I have been enjoying the service of this company over the last three years, they have done for us a number of works at our home such as water filter system installation, boiler maintenance and complete installation of a new boiler, automated heater system control installation etc. Jamie runs this company and he is very diligent a trustworthy person. Hi is always approachable and and provides a warm and great customer service as all his team does. But most importantly is that the work this company does is of high quality, they use genuine and factory new parts, they are all reliable people, you know as a customer that you are in a good hands. Their attention to detail is great and they leave you the work place neat and clean when they finish off their jobs. I can't not recommend they highly enough, if your appreciate job quality and customer service they are the one-stop-contractor in the plumbing / heating service for you! On-Demand Heating & Plumbing have just installed a complete new heating system for us, fitting a new Baxi boiler from an old back boiler, they were very professional from start to finish, Jamie, Tom & Sidney went that extra mile to ensure that everything was done with as little disruption as possible due to my ill health. We couldn't recommend this company anymore, nothing is too small or to big for them with a "we can do attitude" that they definitely follow up on, everything was also left in a clean, tidy condition, what an amazing team you are, thank you so much you all so much.Debbie & Neil.

They installed a brand new Baxi boiler for us in what many companies had already considered an impossible job.We live in a high-rise flat, and several companies simply turned the work down because of the complexity of accessing and installing the flue. Sydney and Tom, however, approached the situation completely differently. Instead of walking away, they thought creatively and worked through the challenges with patience, skill, and real determination to find a solution. That level of problem-solving and commitment is rare and is a huge credit to both of them and to the company.They were also incredibly respectful of our home. They had to move delicate glassware and items in order to access the flue pipe, and everything was handled with great care. Throughout the job they worked cleanly and tidily, leaving the space exactly as they found it.After being without proper heating and hot water over Christmas, we now have a brand new boiler that works perfectly, and we are so grateful.Sydney and Tom are an absolute asset to On Demand Plumbing. Professional, thoughtful, and highly skilled. I would recommend them without hesitation.THANK YOU SO MUCH!
