Dr. Steele was aware of my previous negative experiences with hearing issues, listened to me carefully, and was very straight-forward to let me know that I might possibly get more effective treatment with another area specialist. He was very honest with me, and gave me information to use to get further help. I appreciated his straightforwardness so very much.

Staff is great and so is Dr Steele. I only needed one hearing aid and Dr Steele understood my situation and didn't try to sell me a set. Also explained how the aid works and the signal it need to get a clear sound. Wish he had an office in TN.
