Not stoked about the AI style concept art. It's like zero effort was given to my ideas. What was the point of the consult if the concept ends up worse than my base design and didn't incorporate the things I mentioned at all? Canceled the tattoo. The front desk staff are amazing, hence the 3 stars. Maybe the other artists are great and my review is unfair to them. But the artist I got mailed it in like I was an 18 year old looking for flash. I'm over 40 with over 60 hours of ink on me. I didn't come here for a tattooist. I came her for a tattoo ARTIST and canceled due to AI generated looking slop concept "art".I canceled the appointment. I'll call tomorrow to discuss since it's Sunday after hours right now.

Lots of great communication to confirm the appointment. But wasn't happy with the artist. Seemed like they mailed it in, so I canceled.I explained the idea, had some references and gave artistic freedom to make it come alive with some inspiration, but seems like I got some AI half assed design.I'd have paid for the time to draw, and probably did considering the deposit. It just wasn't feeling right so I pulled the plug.I requested a specific artist but I got sent to someone else instead. I get that, but I've done my homework and knew the style I wanted. Just wanted someone to help get it across the finish line. But I got some uninspired AI slop sent to me instead.For reference, I have over 60 hours of ink on me. This wasn't my first kick at the can. Won't be going back.
