Bob did an outstanding job selling my mother’s house. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He went out of his way to get the house ready for sale - he even power washed the deck for us. He made a great video and took beautiful pictures of the house. We had a contract in place in just over one week on the market.

Bob is the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with when buying a home. We told him what we were looking for and he found places that we loved, especially the one we ended up purchasing. The property has a main house, and a garage with a mother-in-law suite, which is percfect for our needs. Bob educated me on all aspects of inspections for a well and septic system. He also assisted in finding some great contractors, who were very responsive to our timelines. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Bob. Not only is he a great agent, but I now count him and his family as friends. What a blessing!
