The workers were friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. I had my HVAC duct and dryer line cleaned. There was a ton of lint that came out of the dryer vent and fell on the ground. They did their best to clean up the lint. You would think their would be a better way to catch the lint.

They did a great job! The two gentlemen that came to work on the cleaning were very friendly. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five stars is because their cost is about $20 more expensive than a competitor. Plus, Mighty Ducts charges a $15 credit card fee on top of that, which the competitor did not charge me. I wrote them a check to avoid the $15 fee. The only reason I used them instead of the competitor I used last year was to see if there was any real difference between how each of them did it. To be honest, I will go back to the other company next time I need my dryer vent cleaned.

I had my apprehension as we just finished a major remodel job in our home including new baseboards, doors and fresh paint throughout and I was concerned about scratching the new surfaces with the equipment- Chris the Technician listened to and acknowledged my concerns and was very careful as he went through the duct cleaning process (though I suspect he may always be that careful). It was a very good experience overall.
