Green Pro Cleaning has been the best “blind” search experience I’ve ever had!!! I had a desperate family emergency situation occur which created the urgent need for a cleaner. Not only did the home require a deep clean, but I also preferred the company had the ability to perform disinfection of the environment as well. The home had become infested with “intruders” and just an awful environment for her to occupy. I wish we’d known sooner what her house had become!!My elderly aunt was returning abruptly to her home after a hospital stay & I wanted to ensure the home was safe for her to return. Green Pro Cleaning returned my call almost immediately, arranged for an inspection/estimate of the work to be done & were accommodating to my scheduling needs as I am not local to the property. They stayed in contact with me during and after so as to be informed of the job status as things came up.When my aunt returned home, she left me the most amazing voicemail message stating the house looked “very very lovely as I walked in the door” and “I was not expecting this to be done at all, but whoever helped you do this, please let them know I appreciate it so very much and it looked very very very (yes, 3 “very’ s”) nice to come home to”.This company knows what customer experience is all about - whether on the phone or in person, they’ve left a lasting impression with me & I will most definitely recommend to anyone living in the SWFL area!!!
