I could not recommend Mission Fitness more. I was a member years ago, came back to rejoin and the staff still remembered who I was. I signed up for the mom fit challenge and my experience here has been amazing since day 1!! The staff and trainers are very friendly and helpful, they're always smiling and very supportive! They gave me a personalized workout and in just a week I was noticing a difference in my body and my energy. I am doing the 21 Day Fit Mom Challenge and I absolutely LOVE all the trainers and workers at this gym. I’ve tried a handful of different gyms but this one has given me the best and quickest outcome and the people make you feel like family. It makes it easy to come in every day. I have my daughter to thank for introducing me to Mission Fitness. I was impressed from my first interview, to the workouts which were designed to address my physical needs and concerns. I've never been comfortable in a gym. I've always been intimidated by the gym and its equipment. Mission Fitness is nothing like any other gym I've ever tried. The coaches are great - so encouraging and willing to show you exactly what you need to do. They're patient and take the time you need. The other members are so friendly and make you feel welcome to the group. I really didn't think I'd find anything different than what I've experienced at other places, but they've built something special here. I've only been working out a couple weeks and can already see a difference in my energy levels and sttength. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress and changes in my health and wellbeing.

I went for my initial consultation and sessions this week and was very impressed at how well Kaleb and Jarrett were able to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses and areas I needed to work on. The individualized sessions are designed in a way that they and achievable and fun.

I love Mission fitness! It’s not a typical gym where they show you once how to use a machine. This is different!! I had knee surgery in December. They have modified my workout to help with my healing. Everyone is positive and encouraging. Keep up the great work!

Man…where do I even begin. I was so scared, intimidated etc…. I answered an ad for over 50 years old. First I have to say, I am shocked that I actually showed up to the initial interview. But I did and that’s what counts. I cannot express how much I love this gym. Each and every one of the trainers go above and beyond to help each of us with whatever we are doing. If they don’t happen to know the answer, they will get it for you. Love love this place and the Amazing Trainers. Thank you for helping me through this chapter in my life. HIGHLY recommend 💯
