The Cove

Stopped here for a bite and a bottle of wine with an old work colleague on a Tuesday night, and while the rest of Tynemouth was quiet, The Cove had a few people in and a nice, friendly atmosphere. We were served by Scarlett and Ryan, who were both brilliant and incredibly friendly. We were advised what dishes were not available, but were also told what dishes were particularly good instead. We ordered 6 tapas dishes between us, which left us comfortably full afterwards, again with some top tips from Scarlett. Great staff, reasonably priced food, and would definitely stop by again, and imagine during the warmer months sitting outside would be very nice (not like on the blustery October day we had!!).
