When it comes to making updates to your home, finding a reputable, customer service-oriented, efficient, and professional company is quite the chore. I don't know what the home renovation rule is for getting contractors that don't stick to the budget nor the install schedule, but Glass Governor is the exception to the rule! They texted me back immediately after I inquired and had a technician at my home the very next day to take measurements and talk through options that fit both my design vision and my budget. They did not over-promise and under-deliver; in fact, they stook to the install timeline and schedule they gave me; they stook to my budget. Not only that, I received an ETA text on the actual arrive time and the crew showed up to my home at that exact time, they were professional, protected my floors from any damage that would be caused by their tools, they promptly got to work and took their job very seriously!
