Been busy so my review is from several months ago, I cant say enough about V and his group, I am an electrician and started installing Generic Generators, I searched for propane companies for weeks was amazed at what most were charging for their products, I came upon Pine Propane Denver NC, after speaking with V, I knew I had found the right fit, V was very professional yet personal and a common sense guy, what V said he would do he did, I was able to get two tanks with propane and delivered for the cost of what several other companies wanted just for the tanks, and to say V went the extra mile would be an understatement, the secondary regulator they sold me was actually made in America, V went far and above, give the guys a try at Pine Propane you want regret it, thanks V,Dr Curley Newton

I highly recommend Pine Propane. I was referred by another happy customer and am so I glad I switched from Amerigas to them. They had to dig up my 500 gal tank and install a 1,000 gal and the crew was great. They took extra care not to damage my yard and were highly professional. I wish I could have switched years ago. They are a great new local provider with outstanding customer service…. Something rare in the propane business.

My previous vendor let my propane run out after being notified by their remote telemetry and did not refill my tank for 22 days. I called Pine Propane over the weekend (yes they answered on Sunday) and had a new tank installed and filled in just a couple of days. They did what they said they would in the time frame they committed to. You can count on these guys. They didn’t let me down. Call them today!

Found this company local to us when we were looking to purchase our own 500 gallon tank for a new generator installation, and I have to say that I was more than impressed with them as a whole.Got introduced to V and he and I hashed out a deal that was more than satisfactory to me and more importantly he did EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO EXACTLY HOW HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT!!!!!!! So he’s earned my business, his guys that he sent to my house to set the tank and make the connections for the county inspectors were very professional and very kind and did a top notch job.I realize that Pine is a up and coming company trying to make a mark in the community and I have to say with the kind of customer service that they are giving they are definitely here to stay…. I was looking for a local propane service and found Pine. When I called, a human being (the owner none less) actually answered the phone. No automated voice recording, no call center, the owner answered and was very helpful. The process was quick and easy.Prior to calling Pine, I attempted to get service with some of the larger companies and gave up after being on the phone for 45 minutes and getting no where.I would recommend this company if you need propane, it will save you a ton of time and frustration.

I called around as usual to see what the current prices are. It sure is nice to get a local person to answer the phone. Not only is their pricing very fair, they don't charge for the monitoring device, and they also provide installation services... they are running a new line to my pizza oven on patio.They are local, fast, competitive and reliable. What else is there?
