I had a great experience with Dimitriy and the team from start to finish. Dimitriy is a good human being, he was patient and kind. I had booked my car in last year to be soundproofed, but before the date of installation, my car started playing up. It took over 6 months of communication with the dealership to have the issue sorted. Dimitriy waited patiently and rebooked me many times. In the end, it was close a year before I could have the soundproofing done. But Dimitriy never made me feel bad about it.His work on my Chery Tiggo 4 Hybrid was top notch, with exceptional attention to detail. I had the floor covered in the highest rating insulation, and the rest of the body in the regular insulation. My car came back exactly as I had left it, only much quieter! The biggest difference is how smooth the drive is. Although there is still noise from outside the cabin (unavoidable), it feels significantly reduced. I'm starting to notice the quality of poor roads more than ever before, which I think is a result of not noticing regular roads. But the drive feels smoother, more balanced and calmer. There is more weight to closing the doors, which is definitely a good thing. Before the soundproofing, closing the boot reverberated it seems throughout the whole car. Now, it feels solid and barely makes a noise. Also, the sound system, which is average at best, sounds so much better. No more reverberating in the car door cavities. I don't have to turn up the music as loud, and car hear it so much clearer.Highway driving was significantly calmer. I genuinely felt more planted on the road and more in control. And the cabin noise was more in the background than the foreground. It made the trips so much more bearable.Over all, this was a win. It isn't cheap, but if road noise is bothering you, you want to get it done properly. I can vouch for Sound Deadening Solutions quality of work. I now enjoy being in my car, it takes the edge of the manic Sydney traffic. And perhaps the biggest surprise of all was this work didn't just change road noise. It changes the dynamics of the car. The car feels more solid, planted and expensive. And I have Dimitriy to thank for that.

Called in the morning, spoke to Dimitri about getting a stereo rewired, told me to bring it down leave it with him and he would have it ready the next morning. To my surprise he contacted me and said it would be ready by 4pm same day. Great workman ship can’t tell it even had any work done. Thanks Dimitri

The sound inside the car has changed drastically. I took the car on highway and clearly talk and listen to my partner for first time in my car. The road noise is reduced with just putting insulation on doors. I’ll be back for a full body insulation.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Dimitry and his team have industry leading knowledge of sound deadening and audio installation. He ran me through what the car needed and what to expect to be the improvements that this process would deliver. No cut corners and delivered much more than I expected. Theres no one in Sydney that understands this more than him. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to take their car to the next level of comfort and sound quality and can accommodate different budgets. I had a really positive experience with SDS. My car had a lot of interior movement, vibration and annoying plastic chatter, especially over rough roads, and it was making the whole car feel loose and unsettled.Dimitri was incredibly patient and took the time to listen carefully to exactly what I was experiencing. He thoroughly investigated the possible problem areas and carried out the appropriate soundproofing and treatment.The difference has been significant. The unwanted noise and plastic chatter have been greatly reduced, and the car now feels noticeably more refined and solid.
