I went into the shop with a starter issue. After speaking with Austin the service the manager, he informed me that I also had a manifold leak that could wait to be fixed. However, the exhaust pipe needed to be removed to access the starter and by having it done together would save me 2 hrs labour. And I was right! The technician took pictures and videos of the things that needed to be done so I could have confidence in the repairs while showing that other parts are still good to use.... More

Austin helped me find some really good priced tires, I thought Costco was the way to go but clearly Megasell motors can do way better!

Then he went on to say that he’d give me a route to follow for a test drive and no highways, which I have never encountered in all of the dealerships I’ve been to. I’m not sure who spends $14,000 on a car without taking it on the highway first - red flag. Clearly these guys aren’t serious about selling which is evident in their lack of support and respect. I was interested in the car, as I drove from north side 2 days in a row to see it but my interest went out the door after this interaction. Didn’t waste his time but he sure wasted mine.
