It's pretty nice besides the few mobile homes that have a lot if junk around their home & in the covered carport of their home. Pretty clean place. Drug activity is low but it still goes on here just like every other place in Sacramento California these days.

Living in the Meadowbrook community for almost four years now, we could not be more satisfied with our experience, primarily because of the awesome property manager, Bambi. She has been professional, and incredibly responsive to all of our needs while living here. Any concerns we have had were addressed quickly, with compassion, honesty and care. Bambi takes great pride in our community, giving us all of the tools necessary to keep our homes, yards and park clean, clutter free and beautiful. She has been instrumental in making sure to keep us comfortable and safe. We are now a gated community and the grounds are always nice and well maintained. I really appreciate how Bambi handles situations. It is rare to find someone who is both attentive and efficient, and we genuinely feel comfortable and satisfied knowing we are in great hands. Thank you, Bambi!

Bambi and team do a wonderful job caring for the property and the home owners. We have a safe neighborhood with inviting community events. We enjoy luncheons, kareoke, and movie nights. From pool tables to swimming pools, it's a great place to live! Thank you, Bambi, Chris and Robert.

Very nice and quiet place. Everyone for the most part minds there own business.

We are residents here at Meadowbrook and recently after SMUD damaged the property gas line causing the property gas to be shut off for repairs for 5 days, Bambi, the Manager and staff kept us informed on the status of the repairs and never left us wondering what was going on. Both of us are in the customer service industry and appreciate the level at which the property operated at during this time.

32 years here. Well-kept, nice maintenance and management. Love the occasional squirrels and the birds.

I have lived here 25+ years.The rent increases twice a year. I get along well with management, and the park is well kept, but average.2 pools, clubhouse, and Basketball court.

Easy access and iffice personnel were very kind.
