We had a fantastic weekend here, amazing location and the photos don’t do the house justice! Spacious bedrooms and living area. Has everything you need. Tim was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. Free parking very close by is ideal, and there is a nearby car park for any extra vehicles.

😀 - Tim was a very helpful owner and his house is beautifully equipped and a lot of thought has clearly gone into making sure there is everything someone would need for a nice stay. The location right by the sea front is so handy and having a car parking space was the icing on the cake. 😞 - Nothing But it would be a good idea to have a hand rail on the steps between the dining room and the lounge as they are quite deep

Excellent location - right by the harbour and very easy walking distance to beaches, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We had a great time (family of 6) in beautiful Lyme Regis, plenty of space in the property, which is modern, clean and well equiped. Tim was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

First time visiting Lyme Regis and the best accommodation by far. Perfect location with easy access to all local amenities. Stunning views from one of the windows out to the sea. We all felt very at home and comfortable in a clean and cosy environment. Perfect space for playing games or having a relaxing evening in. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Tim.
