😀 - This cottage was the perfect place for our group of 6 friends. The location, just being around the corner from the Cobb and all the pubs and restaurants, was amazing. Our hosts answered all our questions before arrival in a timely manner so that there was no confusion. We found our parking spot very easily due to their directions. The place was super clean, the bathrooms were comfortable with a good shower (always important we think) and we spent 2 very happy evenings around the large convivial table. We all slept well in the lovely beds. 😞 - I can't think of anything in particular.

😀 - Fab location, lovely decorated equipped house. Comfy beds. 😞 - A tv licence to watch live tv would be good. I myself was not remotely upset but 2 of our party couldnt watch the live boxing on netflix.

We had a fantastic weekend here, amazing location and the photos don’t do the house justice! Spacious bedrooms and living area. Has everything you need. Tim was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. Free parking very close by is ideal, and there is a nearby car park for any extra vehicles.

😀 - Tim was a very helpful owner and his house is beautifully equipped and a lot of thought has clearly gone into making sure there is everything someone would need for a nice stay. The location right by the sea front is so handy and having a car parking space was the icing on the cake. 😞 - Nothing But it would be a good idea to have a hand rail on the steps between the dining room and the lounge as they are quite deep

Excellent location - right by the harbour and very easy walking distance to beaches, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We had a great time (family of 6) in beautiful Lyme Regis, plenty of space in the property, which is modern, clean and well equiped. Tim was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

😀 - The property was in an excellent location, and Tim, the host made sure the house was warm and welcoming for us. It was very clean and comfy with immaculate facilities. I would definitely recommend No 12 for a stay! 😞 - There is nothing to find fault with.
