We got 4 bids for our roof replacement, ranging from pretty high to similar to Alabama Roof Rx's quote. A couple of the other companies seemed fine, but Brad Huff gave us a level of comfort and zero sales pressure that made the decision easy.We actually got the bid back in February but asked to push the work to June to avoid tornado season. Brad was totally fine with waiting — no pressure to lock it in sooner, and the price didn't change at all.The crew showed up early on install day and knocked out the entire roof in one day. They were respectful of the property the whole time, kept an eye on where we were in the yard or driveway so we weren't ever in the way, and cleared debris — especially nails — from the yard and driveway before wrapping up. They also found and fixed some minor damage on their own and took care of it before ever asking for payment.Brad was responsive from our very first contact and gave us straight, truthful answers the whole way through. No surprises, no runaround.Solid experience overall — thanks for the great work, Brad and team.

Had a water leak in our son’s room. Needed someone to come out the same day to rule out a roof leak. They were the only ones who could come out the same day. Thankfully our roof was sound. Excellent customer service!

RoofRX was a great company to work with! Their representatives all were polite, professional ,efficient, friendly and helpful through the entire process. Their employees were on time , worked hard, did a great job, and cleaned everything up when they finished. We had to paint a ceiling, and their team did a great job on that also. We highly recommend Parker Riddering if you need a new roof; he was wonderful to work with!!

I texted Brad midday to come tak a look at a small leak in our roof. He was on the roof helping us out in a matter of hours. His professionalism and knowledge made the process easy and allowed us to get the problem fixed. If you need roofing help, he should be your first call.

Installed our roof during closing on our new house and got it done super quick. We had an issue with a vent falling over in a storm and they came out quick and fixed it for free. Great company thats done a great job and taken care of their customers. Highly recommend!

This company is tops! I worked with Kerri who really quickly got to the root of the problem with my roof. She sent a drone up and everything. She set up the job and followed it through with me all the way to the end! I couldn’t have asked for better service and price!
