The team at AL Roof RX was amazing to work with! I had a leak going on for almost two weeks that others had said “they couldn’t see anything obvious” or I just didn’t hear back from them. I called AL Roof RX around 8am and they had someone at my house before noon. After only 10 min on the roof, they figured out where the leak was coming from and had a plan to repair it all. Their team is efficient, kind, and the pricing is competitive! They are also willing to do repairs instead of ghosting on a smaller job, which has made me a customer for life! I’ve been burned by other companies, but working with general manager, David Adam’s, helped me to have trust in a company again. So if you are looking for a company to repair a section or replace the entire roof, I recommend them wholeheartedly and when I have another issue (bc we live in AL and with our weather, there will be an issue), they will be my first call! Thanks to David and the whole team for all of their hard work!

We got 4 bids for our roof replacement, ranging from pretty high to similar to Alabama Roof Rx's quote. A couple of the other companies seemed fine, but Brad Huff gave us a level of comfort and zero sales pressure that made the decision easy.We actually got the bid back in February but asked to push the work to June to avoid tornado season. Brad was totally fine with waiting — no pressure to lock it in sooner, and the price didn't change at all.The crew showed up early on install day and knocked out the entire roof in one day. They were respectful of the property the whole time, kept an eye on where we were in the yard or driveway so we weren't ever in the way, and cleared debris — especially nails — from the yard and driveway before wrapping up. They also found and fixed some minor damage on their own and took care of it before ever asking for payment.Brad was responsive from our very first contact and gave us straight, truthful answers the whole way through. No surprises, no runaround.Solid experience overall — thanks for the great work, Brad and team.
