Zach was great , I rented a 12’ enclosed trailer from him. Only to find out 10 min into my journey that my ford explorer wouldn’t handle the weight. Tranny slipping So I contacted Zach told him about the situation. Took the trailer back and Zach refunded half my rental fees to me .Which I know he didn’t have to do that .It was my fault trying to pull his trailer with my failing transmission.Either way I highly recommend CF rentals .In the future if I need trailer rental CF will be my first choice .Thanks again Zach

Absolutely amazing customer service. I have not used their equipment but when I was going to they where more than willing to work with me to make sure my needs where met.Know they are not going to bend prices for you as it is a small business that needs to maintain itself and its equipment. However when I was planning to rent one of their trailers Zachary was willing to hold the trailer until I was able to book it.So again I say 10/10 customer service
