We retained Bay Point to renovate our office. We were extremely happy with the work, which was done on time and on budget. Perhaps even more importantly, the couple of minor issues that subsequently arose were dealt with immediately - even after they had been fully paid. Paul Hood was extremely professional and struck me as scrupulously honest. I would certainly use them again if we ever go through another major renovation (which I sincerely hope to avoid).

We have known Paul Hood for over 7 years. During this time his company has been involved in many different renovations within our home. He built and elevator on our two story home, expanded the master bedroom, replaced a wall and put in barn doors, insulated and redesigned our garage and porch, repaired our drainage in both our garage and workshop, repaired our basement that another contractor botched, built an extension onto our front porch.
