With living such a busy lifestyle I always find it so difficult to find the time to grab breakfast or make lunch up for the next day. This then leads to eating the wrong things as soon as I get home which is really unhealthy and the lbs just keep coming. I'm only on day 3 of the meal preps and can feel a benefit already. Plus the meals are so tasty and very varied so there's no chance in getting bored. I also suffer from so many allergies which is always a worry when ordering any food. I'm angry that I haven't found Fresh themealprep sooner. What an opening right? Well It's genuinely changed my life, my eating habits and my overall health. It's been roughly 3 weeks that I've been using this service and I can arleady see a BIG difference in my health. I was out doing research on google looking for a meal prep delivery company and it seemed impossible. Mainly because I'm vegetarian and all the other services etiher had limited options or were exceptionally expensive. Fresh Melaprepco is not only really affordable but freshly made and tastes really good. I can't really prep food for myself (as I can't cook) and I know thats an excuse but making an investment into my health was one of the best choices. Lets not mention that fact that they literally count your calories for you, it's no longer this tedious task. It's super easy! I just log my calories and I'm done, also the food is so balanced with proteins, carbs and fats and you also get some yummy treats so you don't sarcifice or restrict yourself. My first delivery had a tiny hiccup, so I emailed Matt (CEO) and he was so authentic and helpful....No other CEO would have done that, this is where the brands value really struck out to me and I'm so happy I'm purchasing from a company that has a passion and is genuinely trying to make a difference in peoples lives. If you're thinking about purchasing a plan - trust me, you won't regret it! This is the like breakfast,lunch, dinner and snacks (1800 calories) for cheaper than £10 a day. It's a no brainer! Less

Ok so... genuine review 1st week done, 3.7lb down. I can’t diet for 💩 but this doesn’t feel like a diet, and I didn’t actually believe it would work... I still dont, but here goes week 2! Will update this as I go. Meals are really nice and I’m fussy!! not overly keen on chicken unfortunately but just have to get on with it 😂 8 weeks in. 10lb gone! That simple!
