Cannot rate fresh highly enough! Their meals taste great and are varied as well as being tailored to different calorie goals and whoever makes the snacks needs the biggest raise going.Their communication is also great with checking in to make sure everything is alright with orders and genuinely seeming like they care.If you’re on the fence I’d say go for it and give them a try.

I’ve been using fresh and ordering for the better part of a month now (protein packs of 2550 calories). So far it has been an excellent experience. The meals change every week so I never get bored of the food I’m eating, and the fact that it’s delivered in a set calorie and macro stack is perfect for me to train and stay on top of my food. If you train or find it hard to hit certain calorie or macro goals this could be exactly for you. The meals, for me, are tasty and always feel fresh. The business are always contacting me after every order to ensure everything is okay which is a nice touch and feels personal so you can provided honest feedback or issues in that unleklyl event. Contents are extremely well packaged and kept cool with cooling bags so even if you’re out for the delivery the contents remain safe and fresh for you when you’re home.I would highly recommend.

We used Fresh for meal preps for months when we had our new baby, it was an absolute god send when time was scarce and cooking fresh healthy meals was becoming increasingly challenging due to our huge life changes. Having beautiful fresh hearty balanced meals ready to pop in the microwave every day was amazing! All of our meals were fantastic and the snacks were even better! Those protein brownies are to die for and feel like a real treat!! The communication around delivery etc is great and was super reliable, always following any delivery instructions we left. We are having a break from the preps due to our baby now weaning meaning I need to get back to food shopping and cooking but dear me will I miss not having to do that big food shop every week! Good quality, fresh healthy meals and the biggest convenience not to mention incredible value for money!Highly recommend and will 100% use again! Thanks team Fresh!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been really impressed with Fresh Meal Prep. The meals are fresh, full of flavour, well made, and there's a great variety, so it never gets boring. They're genuinely filling, tasty, and make healthy eating so much easier. The delivery is always well organised and friendly, and every meal is clearly labelled with the calories, protein, and nutritional information, which makes tracking my food incredibly easy. They're excellent value for money, save me so much time, and best of all, I've lost 3lb in my first week while still enjoying every meal. It's taken the stress out of meal planning. I highly recommend them. No more stressing about what to buy in , make and eat 😜

I started with Fresh in May 2025 at 17st 10lb, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The meals are always delicious, fresh, and there’s been so much variety month after month that I’ve never got bored. The Eggs Benedict and lasagna are definite favourites! What really sets Fresh apart is the support from Matt and the team. The encouragement, diet advice, and regular check-ins kept me on track when I needed it most and made a massive difference to my progress. By February 2026, I was down to 14st 9lb – a loss of over 3 stone – and I genuinely couldn’t have achieved it without Fresh, Matt, and the whole team. If you’re looking for great food and a team that genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all the support!

The best meal prep I’ve tasted in a long time. Having different meals to eat every day is amazing. Absolutely love how plans can be picked by how many calories you need. Communication is fab. Fresh has certainly won me over and gained a long term customer. the only thing missing is how do I stop the kids from stealing my meals? 🤔

We had the pleasure of using Fresh this week and WOW! All the meals turned up prepped to our door, the meals were all really tasty and fresh. Super easy to cook, labelled to make everything a breeze. Every day was something totally different. The snacks were elite level! We highly recommend.
