Will recommend this business to anyone. It means a lot when you request a service, they start performing that service and then reach out to let you know it’s not really needed. I’ve gotta give a huge shoutout to William Todd. He’s a mobile mechanic and has come out to my house several times helping me chase down an ongoing A/C issue on my vehicle. At this point he’s evacuated and refilled the Freon probably five or six times while trying to properly diagnose the problem, and after the very first visit he hasn’t charged me for all the extra time because he was genuinely determined to help me get it fixed correctly.Honestly, that kind of dedication is rare these days. Most people would’ve given up, thrown parts at it, or charged you every single trip. William kept showing up, troubleshooting, explaining things, and doing everything he could to help figure it out the right way.Not only is he knowledgeable, but the convenience of having a mechanic come directly to your house makes life so much easier. No sitting at a shop for hours, no arranging rides, no towing headaches. Just honest work from somebody that truly cares about helping people.That level of customer service and integrity earns long-term business from me more than anything else ever could. William not only showed up when he said he would, he was able to get here early. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and went to get some parts, came back and got it fixed right up. Luckily it was a small repair and having H&H come out and take care of it saved us so much time and aggravation over having to get the car towed to a shop. It was totally worth the fee he charges for the house call and we would recommend and will use H&H again.
