TLDR, Ironclad is amazing, and I highly recommend them!I am very pleased with Ironclad! We've had a small drip leak in the main shut-off valve inside our house for a few months. Since May we've been fighting to get our water shut off, which involved getting some tree roots removed from over the curb shutoff. It took until today, and we went through multiple reschedules with Ironclad since we didn't know when we'd finally be able to get the water turned off. They were so understanding the whole time. When we finally got the water turned off, it of course happened right after we had just rescheduled the repair to Friday. We called back, and the owner offered to come out around 6 to fix it tonight. He knocked it out really efficiently and was able to get the water back on for us too. I felt the price was also reasonable given that this was for the main shutoff inside. We really appreciate their patience and understanding throughout this, and we will definitely be contacting them in the future if we need additional repairs.
