Wouldn’t want anyone else replacing my roof. Had 3 layers of shingles from previous owners (not up to code in NJ), and KaDi Construction took their time to remove all the old, replace some rotted plywood, fix some of the issues with gutters, and much more to do the job right. They know their stuff. Looks beautiful

our timeline was extremely tight and lots of hard decisions had to be made with every part of this 1960 ranch home. steve and bill helped us take the original home and created an amazing mid century classic. right from the start, bill helped us navigate through all the construction aspects of the reno and addition. he made sure that all of our "wants" were addessed and the bones of the house were solid. Bill is also responsible for building the most effecient 12 x 6.5 laundry room addition in all of mantua.the team had the contractors lined up and ready to go. demo, roofing, windows, siding were all scheduled in a timely fashion and they kept the work moving.steve stepped in for the finish side of the job. he knew what we were looking for and helped us through all the final decisions. the painting, flooring, hvac, bathrooms, kitchen were run smoothly and he never missed a beat.both Bill and Steve were always on site making sure things were done to our specs and satisfaction. they were friendly and easy to work with and always available to us.now, after living in this 1960 ranch home for 5 months, and after watching it evolve into a 2025 classic home, it's clear that the workmanship was outstanding from start to finish. we are appreciative of thier hard work to get the job done.

I recently got my roof replaced by KaDi construction and they did a phenomenal job! Steve, Bill and their wonderful, hardworking team are the most manageable people to communicate with, providing the greatest options on what you need to get done for your house projects within your own schedule. They are honest, timely, and professional about the work they do. Their work and safety code is the best I've ever seen out of any construction company. Most of all, they care about their customers and their needs, fulfilling exactly what they want done, having the best quality work with the best prices.
