I am very pleased with the service I received from Red Plains from the always pleasant greeting I receive when I call to schedule to the repairs that were done. Cole and Brady came out today to look at an ongoing drainage issue that we have had in our master bath. We were anticipating that this was not an easy fix but I was pleasantly surprised when Cole almost immediately thought to look at a pipe in the attic and was able to fix our problem in minutes.

I've been a customer of Red Plains Plumbing for years. Had a leak on a saltwater aquarium plumbing on Saturday. Called the emergency line and in short order Cole returned my call. After talking to him, got the leak where it wouldn't be an immediate problem so the repair could wait until Monday. That was today and Cole came out and replaced the gasket on the bulkhead fitting on the tank bottom where the leak was. He also gave me some guidance on why the plumbing was set up the way it was. Thanks Cole, you're a credit to your business!
