A beautiful place, peaceful, private and so relaxing. Great to get out and explore and then return to our villa to relax on the deck with a locally purchased wine or two. This place is amazing and everything just screams top class quality. Here for 3 nights to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and we couldn’t have chosen a better location. Thank you so much.

We come to Margaret River every year, and Edge Luxury Villas is honestly unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed.The overwater design, with views of the water from every part of the villa, makes the whole experience feel so peaceful and special.We loved that there was so much to do, but it was also the perfect place to do nothing. Hammock swings on the balcony, wildlife spotting with the provided binoculars, bubble baths with a view, and walks around the property. We also headed out for lunch and visited a few nearby wineries, all just moments away.The quality, privacy and attention to detail are on another level. The second we saw the beautiful wood fire, we knew we had to come back for a winter stay.A truly special place, and one we’ll absolutely return to.

Amazingly designed and constructed villas, giving a feeling of peace, privacy and connected to the outdoors. All the lovely touches such as nice tea, coffee, bathroom products, candles, vouchers, local suggestions ( from food, coffee, wineries etc) and rugs for warmth (both indoors and outdoors) adds to the luxury. Didn’t need the log fire but it’s another lovely feature. 3 nights was perfect but longer would also be good as the villas are close to everything worth doing and seeing from Augusta to Busselton. You need some time at the villas to relax on the deck as well. This accommodation was the highlight of our 3 weeks in SW WA.

Clare and Cameron were amazing to deal with throughout the booking, checking in and out process. We booked all 4 villas for a bridal party and it was such an amazing stay. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are modern and pristine and the location isn't too far from popular wineries/ breweries. We really loved staying here and will be back soon!

The villas are absolutely stunning. Every detail has been thought through and elevated. It is over the top in the best possible way, luxurious, private and beautifully designed from start to finish.What Clare and Cameron have created here is seriously inspiring. You can feel the passion and vision behind the entire property. It is also the perfect place to sit with a bottle of wine and some cheese, just a stone’s throw from so many incredible vineyards, and stare out over the lake doing absolutely nothing. Pure magic.If you are heading to Margaret River, do yourself a favour and stay here. It is an experience, not just accommodation.

We enjoyed a wonderful 4 nights at Edge. Everything was perfect, very quiet, comfy furniture, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.
