Just finished a 4 night stay at Edge Luxury Villas and we can't wait to visit again. The accommodation is just superb and ranks amongst the very best that we have enjoyed in the area in many years of visiting. Added to this, the Villas are set in the most tranquil and relaxing spot, making the whole experience absolutely awesome. Spent lazy days on the porch watching the local wildlife, swam in the lake that we overlooked, enjoyed the produce collected from the many wineries in the local area, then sat and watched the sunset whilst listening to the Kookaburras settle in for the night. Edge Luxury Villas is like no other place we have stayed. From the opening of the front gates to the Villas, to the man made bridge over the man dug lake this place has had some much time, effort and love put into it. The Villas themselves have had no expense spared on every little detail. Everything we needed was there, down the wine stopper! The bath overlooking the lake is as dreamy as the photos are. My favourite time there was hard to pinpoint as we loved all our time there. But the early mornings in the hammock watching the sunrise over the glassy lake had been etched as a forever memory I will hold onto dearly.The Villas are very secluded and private but still within distance to wineries and towns.We came in summer and will be back for winter without a doubt.The service from Clare was above and beyond. I booked the wrong date! Clare rectified it immediately for me! Her communication about the Villas and what we should do in the area whilst staying there was so helpful. I only wish we weren’t so busy whilst we were there, I would 100 recommend not going anywhere whilst staying there so you can soak it up, well maybe a few wineries!I have no hesitation recommending Edge Luxury Villas to anyone and everyone! We could not fault our stay in Villa 1 facing the beautiful vines and overhanging the gorgeous lake. We kept repeating how tranquil this place is as the ripples in the lake reflect onto the balcony ceiling while we swayed in the hammock and watched the stars (they even had telescopes!!). The bed is hands down the comfiest bed we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be staying again and hopefully for even longer next time! Less

Our stay at Edge Luxury Villas was nothing short of perfection. We arrived to 4 aesthetically pleasing Villas perched on the edge of a Lake. The gardens were beautiful leading up to the front door. Upon entering the Villa we were instantly impressed with the overall quality of the Interior. The details even down to a proper coffee machine with coffee beans supplied. A hand written note and a bottle of local Rosé! The bath was to die for! And smelled Devine. The grounds were so serene. Spent an afternoon laying on the jetty and dipping our feet in the Lake. Watching the sunrise from the Decking overlooking the Lake was pretty amazing. Overall… could not fault our stay. We will be back. Maybe during winter so we can sit by the fireplace. Less

Stunning room with the most lush views. As someone who is from the area but moved to Perth for work, it’s so relaxing and refreshing to be back amongst all the open space and the green, with a spectacularly appointed room to trump any boring hotel, just what you need to unwind and reset. Clare and Cameron have really set up their property so beautifully and clearly show so much pride in all the hard work they’ve done to make this place the perfect escape, highlighting all the things that make down south so fantastic. The attention to detail they have included in every aspect of the villa is outstanding and when we bumped into them they were so kind and welcoming. Location is also conveniently located right in between Margaret River and Dunsborough with so much nature and good food all around. My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful weekend at Edge Luxury Villas. Communication with the owners prior to our arrival was excellent with all of my questions answered. Check in instructions sent a few days prior were clear. The Villa was absolutely stunning and very well designed. It was classy yet comfortable and everything including the gardens were immaculately kept. Beautiful local wine, coffee and bathroom products provided were a nice touch. The view is amazing, we sat on the deck watching the ducks and other birds for hours. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. This was a solo trip for me and a great way to rest and reset. Everything was perfect -- the views were as wonderful as pictured, the property was safe, well kept and and quiet, and the products gave a real feeling of luxury. I ran into Clare and Cameron on the second day and they were lovely to chat with (Cameron helped me set up my fire for the second night). I believe most people who stay here are couples but the peaceful lake and huge deck make this a most serene place for solo travellers to enjoy some yoga, meditation, and reflection. Perfect winter escape! We stayed for four nights and loved every minute of it. The Villa and property are beautiful. The owners have thought of everything when building these villas but in particular the double sided fireplace, deep soak bath and large deck looking over the lake make for an exceptional stay. It was so peaceful and we didn’t hear anyone else during our stay. The owners have also gone the extra mile to provide small touches that make a big difference like locally sourced coffee, tea, wine and high quality locally made toiletries. When there is luxury in the name you expect luxury, right? We were not disappointed! Luxury fittings, SMEG appliances, a big comfy king bed to sink into with beautiful linen, big bath, leather couch, total bliss. The fireplace got a workout during the recent storms, watching the lightening over the lake was amazing. We were here for my birthday and even though the weather is alot warmer than I hoped for ( wanted to light the beautiful log fire ) it was way above what we were expecting. The perfect romantic winter getaway! The villas are absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to unwind in the middle of nature. We loved the fireplace, it’s soo cozy! The design of the villas is incredible and so well thought out – you’re completely private and can't see or hear anything from the villas next door. There was a storm on our last morning and we were able to enjoy the lightning show from the enclosed balcony without getting wet, snuggled up on the cozy lounges. Less

Honestly the best place I have ever stayed! It was absolutely magical and every single thing in the villas has been clearly thought out down to the TV being on a wall mount so that you can pull it out and watch TV in bed. The decor is stunning and all of the facilities are perfect, even the soaps/teas/bubble bath etc were luxurious. I don't normally post reviews but this place is special. It has a great connection with its surroundings and everything has been so well thought out. My wife loved taking in the views from the bath where as I loved opening up the stacking doors and listening to the birds. I Spent two nights in villa 1 ( the accessible villa) and was blown away by the attention to detail on every aspect from the bed, kitchen, lounge chairs and stunning spacious bathroom. All amenities were clearly thought about from then Smeg coffee machine, loose Leaf tea and the delicious bottle of wine on arrival. I loved being able to wheel outside on the deck and watch the ducks on the dam and the bridge over the dam light up at night was spectacular.
