I have just sold a property through Able who have been managing the rental for 12years. I think I have met most of the staff from both offices over that time. They have always given me good polite service.

Able Estates sold my flat after managing it as a let for 2 decades. As expected they were attentive, professional and honest about sale prospects. I felt supported throughout and they were informative about each stage as it went through.

I've been renting from Able Estates for almost 7 years, they along with the landlord I have been with have been fantastic. They are a very considerate letting agent from the get go. Each team member from tenancy to maintenance is friendly, compassionate and do what they can to make life as easy as possible. A big thank you to the entire Able team for all your support over the years and providing an exceptional service.

Able Estates were very friendly and helpful during the initial stages in preparing the house for sale and this continued throughout the process. Good communications at all times and gave sound advice and were ready to listen to my requests and thoughts and swift to discuss and act on instruction. They also gave good advice and contacts when it came to having the property cleared. On the whole, it was a very good experience.

We appointed Able Estates Agent to sell our property in early April. They managed to prepare & upload announcements, arrange house viewings in a half day and come up with three offers all within 10 days. We are now agreed to complete the sale of our house at a favourable price in early August.Throughout the sale process we have been provided all necessary assistance by a team of professional staff including Peter, Ian, Maria, Sue and Kevin. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. We are thankful to what they have done.
