I’ve had (and have) a very positive experience as a tenant with this management company. They are professional, well organised and always quick to respond to any queries or maintenance requests. Communication has been clear throughout and issues are dealt with efficiently and without fuss.It’s reassuring to deal with a management team that takes proper care of the property and treats tenants with respect. The Property Management team from Able Estates has been nothing short of wonderful, from the start of the tenancy, and continuing. They have supported us in many different cases in very short turnaround times, from boiler change to fixing the radiators, changing the broken oven and many different things. Always very responsive and helpful, and in all honestly they have restored our trust in estate agencies, having had bad experiences in the past.
