Able Estates were very friendly and helpful during the initial stages in preparing the house for sale and this continued throughout the process. Good communications at all times and gave sound advice and were ready to listen to my requests and thoughts and swift to discuss and act on instruction. We appointed Able Estates Agent to sell our property in early April. They managed to prepare & upload announcements, arrange house viewings in a half day and come up with three offers all within 10 days.
