When you're in a jam: you're looking for a 5star solution. Was 5min away from Thompson Lane Auto when I drove over a pile of stuff and a metal object punctured my tire. Leo saw me immediately and took a look and said his team could look at it right away. Directed me to a bench where I could wait and watch the repair and get complimentary coffee inside the little store. It was a clean puncture and a clean, efficient patch.I know some pple have thoughts on paying for patch services since you can buy a patch etc, but I was on my way to work and did not have the time or skill to patch - I want other folks to have a decent living helping us keep our cars running - it's like an urgent care visit for the car - and they got me back on the road QUICKLY AND SAFELY. The shop is clean and free of clutter, the team professional and efficient. My regular spot would've been a 45min wait before they could even look at my car, so thank you Thompson Lane Auto! If you're in a jam, get 5star service here!

Thompson Lane Complete Auto Care was beyond amazing. We were a long way from home in New York when the car died. We called Thompson Lane Auto and they IMMEDIATELY got us in for an emergency alternator repair. They were fair with the price, did a speedy job and had the most excelled customer service. We cannot thank them enough for everything!!

Had to visit here for the 2nd time in less than a month. The first time I came in because my AC went out. They got me in quickly, and had my car fixed in 2 hours for a super reasonable price. Now I'm back again because I had a slow air leak in my tire. They immediately took my car back, had the tire off, found the nail, and plugged the tire, all in 20 minutes. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks so much!

My experience with Thompson Lane was good, affordable, and quick we had a few bumps but they always corrected anything that seemed to be errors and labor with your their parts come with a warranty. Definitely worth the consideration.
