It has to be said that the quality of service stands head and shoulders above any other dealership, anywhere. Just a simple thing like having to change a battery for my Vespa was done with such care and attention to detail. To be 100% sure that I was collecting the correct battery, (strangely, Vespa seems to change battery specs whenever they feel like it) Freddy first asked me to photograph the old one and then, when the new one arrived, Freddy asked me to bring in the old battery so he could carefully compare it to the new one to ensure all was correct and that I did not have to come back later because the battery was half a centimetre out or the terminals were wrong etc. Now I know this is a small thing but it clearly demonstrates the genuine care that Freddy and his team take in ensuring that the customer is well looked after. It's that extra step that matters. I've been a customer of ACE for over 4 years and during that time, have bought a couple of Lambrettas and the service has always been the same. Brilliant!

Just had typically excellent service on the Vespa GTS300 from Fredy and John. They always look beyond just the normal service, for defects that most of us miss or never heard of. (Even those of us who have been straddling motors for 60 years) Thanks team Ace! GnT

Had my Piaggio Beverly 350 scooter serviced there recently.Fredy the owner/manager was very helpful with the whole process.There were no hidden extras at the end of the service .Very happy with their service .Highly recommended.
