We recently bought our new kitchen and laundry appliances from Howard Payne, and everything from start to finish went great. Our sales rep, Butch, was fantastic. He took the time to walk us through the different options, helped us understand what made sense for our home, and made sure we stayed within our budget. It never felt rushed or like he was pushing anything we didn’t need.For delivery and installation, we had two separate appointments. The installers — Cade and Nathan on one, and Wes and Sergio on the other — all did an excellent job. They were professional, careful, and treated both our appliances and our home with respect. They didn’t rush through the job, explained what they were doing as they went, and made sure everything was working and that we were completely satisfied before leaving.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone we dealt with at Howard Payne was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about doing the job right. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new appliances.

We are halfway through the order process, but Jon worked with us for two years to get the right products for our order. We’ll see if their delivery and install hits top marks, but not reason not to think so. Also, they beat prices over Ferguson (terrible service) and Sewell Appliances (okay service, yet horrible reviews). Anyway, Jon and team at HP are great.

Great experience at this store. Salespeople very polite, didn't rush me, gave me correct information. Great selection. Appliance shipment which had been backordered due to covid came in when they said it would and they had the installer out to my house two days later. He was efficient and organized. Appliance seems to be functioning correctly. I am happy and will shop there again when I need to replace other appliances.
