I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon, about 30 minutes before closing, and Jeff greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. What impressed me most was that he never once mentioned that they were closing soon or made me feel rushed.Instead, Jeff simply told me to take as much time as I needed to look around and that if I had any questions, he would be happy to help. He then gave me the space to browse comfortably without any pressure.This is exactly how customers should be treated, especially when shopping for high-end appliances. Howard Payne provided nothing short of par-excellence sales and installation service for our new built-in refrigerator/freezer. For sales, they offered a wide variety of brand appliances, courteous customer service, a well displayed showroom, and their knowledge of the products was very impressive. For installation, the two-man crew provided a very professional service of removing and hauling old refrigerator and installing the new one with utmost care that including leveling, packaging removal, connection, instructions, and walk-through of operation.
