Enquiry was responded to very promptly by a friendly mental health nurse, who was very helpful in matching up with a psychologist. Appointments were available within 3 days, just needed to upload MHTP to get started. Incredibly efficient booking service, convenient for users to book and change appts. Psychologist is a great fit, clearly highly experienced. Would recommend to anyone looking for bulk billed psychology, which is basically unheard of at the moment. No means testing or invasive history taken.
